To celebrate the launch of the new Chef’s Gallery location in Parramatta, we were invited to sample their culinary delights!
We were able to try a selection of canapes and small bites which are featured on the menu. Our first highlight was the salt and pepper calamari, which was quite spicy and had a great kick to it, but also very well seasoned. We also really enjoyed the spinach and vegetable handmade noodles, which were so lovely and soft, and had a subtle hint of spinach flavour with a good variety of sweet mushrooms. Finally, the mini sliders were so delicious, with a tender pork filling, and they were so easy to eat as well!
The restaurant is conveniently located just a short walk away from Parramatta station, and there is ample and open seating that gives a great view of the kitchen. We really enjoyed watching the chefs create the famous handmade noodles – from out of a ball of dough, they were able to form delicate strands of noodles with great flair and showmanship! The interior is nicely decorated with greenery and the bar area is open and spacious as well, with a good variety of drinks – we especially liked the unique lychee cider.
For a great range of authentic cuisine in a lovely dining setting, look no further than Chef’s Gallery! It’s a great addition to the Parramatta dining scene, and will add some much needed We’ll definitely be back for more of those amazing noodles, and to try their famous custard bun desserts as well.
Note: Khana dined as a guest of Cardinal Spin and Chefs Gallery.
