The Endeavour Tap Rooms in The Rocks is an exciting new brewery and eatery all in one, and we were really looking forward to giving their craft beers a try! At their official launch, the highlight was the Growers’ Pale Ale, which catered for beer lovers and those just starting out on craft beers alike! The fruity undertones made it a refreshing and deliciously light drink. The Golden Ale was also a great hit, with the rich and complex flavours complementing the food on offer really well.
For nibbles, we especially loved the beef brisket sliders, the smoked Mirrool Creek lamb ribs with spicy plum sauce and a tangy mint salad, and the Pacific oysters with parsley and verjuice. There’s some great variety showcasing some of the meats smoked in-house, and other fresh flavours that pair really well with the creatively-brewed beers. This is a great venue to catch up with friends over a pint of delicious, refined beer that is only available within the walls of the Endeavour Tap Rooms. A must for craft beer lovers who appreciate good food!
